Ramesh Bachiraju has over 28 years of experience in providing technology leadership across a broad spectrum, from developing enterprise products and solutions to shaping technology solutions and managing the successful delivery of quality in large scale engagements. He is an energetic, hands-on and results-oriented leader with the ability to build, lead and motivate large teams.
He has strong expertise in enterprise architecture and development of highly scalable products, both on-premise and SAAS and has come up with several technology innovations and delivered value to customers. Before venturing on his own, Ramesh was at SAP as VP, development. At SAP, he built large development teams and led them to develop significant innovation, managed geographically distributed product development teams and contributed significantly to product strategy, product definition and overall architecture of solutions. Ramesh brings to 3Frames extensive domain knowledge in CRM, retail, Insurance and Health Care.

Punit has over 22 years of apparel industry experience working in diverse areas. He was with ARROW (India) (2003-2018) as AVP–Head of Design & Product and ColorPlus Fashions Pvt. Ltd. as Product Designer (1998-2003).
At Arvind, he held a strategic role of building a profitable business and delivering healthy growth. His role demanded strategic planning of design and product development, matrix, sourcing and pricing strategy with focus on product quality, innovation and profitability. He achieved his deliverables by independent domestic and international market research, and product analysis which required him to closely work with mills, suppliers, internal sourcing and quality team, key buying partners, marketing team, supply chain, VM team and retail planning.
At Arvind, he was also instrumental in team management, strategic planning, season product and design development, supply chain activity, launch of new categories and sub labels. He also played a key role in IT Process initiation and implementation: PLM & SAP (AFS & FMS).

Mr. Vetter serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor to Bain Capital Private Equity since January 2020 supporting Bain in the adoption of the latest IT strategies across the Bain Capital portfolio companies. Before joining Bain, Mr. Vetter was at SAP SE for 25 years working in numerous executive management roles. Mr. Vetter was in charge of bringing together SAP acquisition in the front office space in SAP's 4th generation cloud-based CRM offering. For many years, he led SAP's Retail and consumer industries solution portfolio both from an engineering and product management perspective overseeing a business of more than 1 Billion USD. Mr. Vetter was also actively involved in a substantial number of large ERP implementation projects from midsize to global companies. At SAP, he has also led SAP's engineering organization and the Financials space. Mr. Vetter has also authored several publications on IT strategic topics, especially on IT strategies in the Retail industry.
Mr. Vetter holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Giessen and has conducted post-doctorate research at the University of California, Berkeley.
